Artifact #1
This artifact is my major paper related to Library Management. We had to choose a topic that is of interest to us relating to leadership, human resources, organizational theory, ethics, communication, or planning.
I chose to explore a topic that was relevant and what reflected the current times during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Artifact #2
For this assignment, we had to choose any type of library (made-up or real) and develop a 3-5 year strategic plan for a tool that patrons, funders, and team members can use.
I concocted a small New England rural fishing community and focus on challenges that it might face and the solutions to address them and constructed guiding principles, vision, and mission statement. We also had to apply a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis that reflects on the internal and external environmental factors that influences the library’s sustainability, goals, and objectives.
